Attorney & Founder

Steven D. Jaeger, Esq.

A down-to-earth Northern Kentucky attorney who helps families plan ahead, protect what they have built, and navigate the legal steps after a loss.

About Steve

Law With a Personal Touch

Steve Jaeger is the kind of attorney people describe as easy to talk to. He knows that most families do not call a lawyer because they want to — they call because a parent is getting older, a diagnosis has changed everything, or someone they love has passed away. His job, as he sees it, is to make that moment a little lighter.

Steve focuses his practice on helping families plan for long-term care, protect the savings and homes they have worked for, and preserve a legacy for the people who come next. Just as important, he helps people hold on to their dignity and independence as they age, with documents that put their own wishes front and center.

When a family loses someone, Steve guides executors and trustees through probate and trust administration step by step. He explains what needs to happen and when, handles the court filings and paperwork, and keeps everyone informed, so families can focus on grieving and on each other.

Beyond estate planning and elder law, Steve helps people appeal denied Social Security disability claims and handles state and federal criminal appeals, including careful reviews of potential wrongful convictions. Across every type of case, his approach is the same: listen first, explain clearly, and work hard.

Steve is based in Covington and serves families throughout Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati.
